The service
Klenza provides cleaning services booked through this site and a software platform for cleaning companies. Quotes are confirmed before any charge; cancellations and rescheduling follow the notice shown at booking.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Payments
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars before applicable taxes. Card payments are processed by Stripe; saved cards are only charged for completed bookings or applicable fees shown at booking.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law; statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
