Common areas set the tone for the whole building. Our strata service covers lobbies and entry glass, hallways and railings, elevator cabs, amenity and mail rooms, and parkade touch points — on a schedule your council sets: daily, weekly or seasonal rotations.
We work directly with strata councils and property managers: a written scope per building, the same assigned cleaner or team, incident notes after each visit, and product choices that respect residents with sensitivities. Every contract starts with a walkthrough and a quote within 24 hours of your request.

How often should common areas be cleaned?
Most buildings choose weekly service with seasonal deep cleans; high-traffic downtown towers often add mid-week lobby and elevator touch-ups. We build the schedule with your council.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes — directly with councils or through your PM company. Scope, schedule and reporting are agreed in writing before the first visit.
What does strata cleaning cost?
Pricing follows building size, scope and frequency rather than per-visit rates. After a walkthrough you get a written quote within 24 hours.
Can you handle garbage and recycling rooms?
Yes — including deodorizing and pressure-wash coordination on request. Include it in your scope discussion.
